If you are going to make a game that is pound for pound, room for room like the classic, Phantom Brave for the Wii is EXACTLY how you do it.
Set in the lush world of Iviore, it is more or less pure sugar from start to finish, from the wonderful looking backgrounds, sprites and most importantly, all of the secret bonus stuff is still intact on TOP of a fantastic extra storyline.
Playing it is awkward at first, but it quickly smooths out to a wonderful experience. And just to make my experience even worth replaying, I am quite literally hauling out my dusty PS2 strategy guide and to my surprise, it is word for word. I'm currently building Marona's Sword of Doom which does around 14550K damage per enemy. And that's Sword of Doom LITE. The Sword that makes Sulpher Cry Like a Little Girl is even more powerful than the Sword of Doom Lite. You can swing for nearly 150 billion damage in a single special move.
The experience is thrilling and heady, and only furthers my want to open
pbwalkofsouls even MORE.
I'm going to give it 10/10 in review just from the sugar that is the first part.
