May. 29th, 2008 09:40 amThe service was down all yesterday, and I never realized how horribly DEPENDANT I am on it for it's email notification system to keep on top of every tag so I can answer promptly.
It was both hellish, and crappy. Especially when the Hotmail email went DOWN for about half an hour. Came back to about twenty tags I had to scramble to find.
