Mood Change and/or Angry Tone
Jan. 27th, 2008 06:54 pmI'm sure people noticed by now that there are times when I sound really annoyed or frustrated or just plain mean, even to those who I like. There's a simple fact involved in that: I'm raiding.
Raiding is something I do every tuesday, saturday and sunday with SOME raiding during the week, but not often anymore as is the case of my school work. BUT when I do raid, I'm a healer which means it's my job, along with 3-7 other people to keep the raid from dying horrible deaths which can lead to even BIGGER horrible deaths and/or giant sized repair bills which I have no money to cover all the time since I don't play WoW very often anymore.
I'm typing this up during a break in the raid. We're staring at Solarian like he could die via our death glares since he handed us our asses for the last three and a half hours. The guy is retarded hard, and he's got health well into the millions. The verdict? I apologize for any meanness or brush offs in the future but I need my whole concentration when healing a raid.
It could be worse though.
Apologies in advance, and Canis? Sorry dood, but I was feeling pretty frustrated when you popped back up this afternoon. Getting killed repeatedly and incurring a 50g repair bill is NOT good for anyone's sanity.
