I need a Total Drama Island Icon
Jan. 15th, 2008 10:57 amThere is little that stands in my way for my rabid love for this cartoon-based reality tv show entitled Total Drama Island. Following in the footsteps of shows brought by Fresh TV such as 6teen, it takes the SUCK out of all Reality Television and adds pure extreme lunacy and stunts. Sort of how Drawn Together added a whole new aspect of reality television in ways that were pretty much original and pure insane.
That being said, it's the first ever reality-type series that has driven me to think up a post-season 1 story, set during Owen's big win and his hugest sickest party ever. Cause Owen is lovable and I completely believe he would share his winnings with Gwen. She was nice enough to state that she'd split the winnings with Owen if she had won, so fair's fair. That, and Gwen owes Owen a box of doughnuts anyhow. Besides, I love this series enough that if there is a box dvd set, I'm so all over it like Owen is over food.
