Fun Stuff
Despite Rouge Stallion being a dickhead, (everyone lobby for him to return my stuff!), I also worked out some scenes for Water. The most, being the Army of Evil.
“Brave new world,” mused Phobos as he ran his hand along the rail of his newly refurbished castle. “And such fools who dwell within the depths of it.”
“Master,” hissed Cedric from behind him. The snake man was bowed low and he cast a glance at the throne room where an assembled foray of people were waiting for him. “They grow impatient.”
“Let them be impatient,” snapped Phobos. “I am Prince of this land, and nothing else matters but my own opinion.”
“Er…” Cedric was no fool; he knew that many of the people who awaited Phobos’ address were more than enough to, coining a phrase from the humans of Earth, “Put the Kibosh on Phobos”. They scared him, and that was the only initial reaction he had upon meeting Hannibal Bean.
“Very well,” said Phobos, self assured as he strode into the room from his private chambers and swept into the room with a flourish.
It was a literal Army of Evil, as one Jack Spicer would put it. Villains from all walks of life and all times of reality stood in the middle of the room, awaiting Phobos’ address. To the left of the throne stood Hannibal Bean in his shrunken natural form, but the bean radiated enough evil energy to give even the most evil of pause.
A true army of evil. Not for the first time, Cedric briefly wondered if he was truly cut out for this line of work.
“My brothers and sisters,” announced Phobos grandly, his soft voice pitching across the hall, silencing many. Those who did not fall quiet immediately were poked by their neighbours. “Through strange circumstances, we stand here united through the efforts of Hannibal Roy Bean. The fortress in the middle of our convoluted land holds a strong power that we can take for ourselves. I propose we amass our forces and attack immediately.”
“And what do we get through this,” hissed the demon sorcerer, Shendu. Many of his companions nodded. The demon sorcerer was vastly underpowered from his original form, but he still held tremendous strength in his body and magical fire that would scorch the world. “This world, is not big enough for all of us.”
“We will defeat our enemies together, and then we will return to our usual methods,” said Phobos, sniffing as if he smelt a bad odour. “Is that fair?”
There were a few more rumbles through the crowd and a man with no skin and silver skeletal system spoke up. “You think you can defeat them all with your power?” scoffed Lord Zedd. “These humans, have proven to be extremely resilient.”
“And what of our enemies,” added another, an eternal evil named Aku who had suffered greatly from the power that had raked the land previous. “I Aku, will not suffer under the aggression of the Samurai once again.”
Dissenting agreements were heard as many more voiced their concerns. Then, a man dressed in mystical armour spoke, his tone gravely and deep. “They are only but a few. The sheer weight of our combined forces will crush them. Numbers over theirs will be more than sufficient.”
“For your sake, Shredder, if that were the case it should be enough to crush four measly turtles,” sneered the Dark Lord Voldemort. Shredder snarled and prepared to cut the man’s head off, but Phobos let off a blast of power, silencing the room.
“Enough,” commanded Phobos. “We will amass our forces here, and march on the Fortress at first light. Prepare your minions!”
Many of them vanished while others trudged out the door, preparing the spells or technology needed to create their army of evil. Phobos smirked and Hannibal matched his own. “You have a way with the rubes,” drawled Hannibal. “What say you to a little… partnership? After all, once the world is ours, this land has more than enough space to go around.”
Phobos smirked. “You get your power, and I will have my sister. Her power will give me enough strength to rule my half and destroy these pathetic losers.”
As the pair shared a laugh, a few who were listening in scowled to themselves. “He’s going to get us all killed,” snarled Aku. The evil shape shifter growled under his throat. “Aku will not stand for all of this. My power was great, before this strange power swept my own away!”
“Do not rush in foolishly,” admonished the black cloaked man and his breathing was deep. “A fool gets himself killed at a moments notice. A serpent strikes when the time is right.”
“You think like a Slytherin,” hissed Voldemort to Darth Vader. “A pity, you are not wizard born.”
Vader turned an impassioned gaze upon the wizarding dark lord and nodded slowly. “My master, has taught me well.”
“That’s all well and good,” snapped the fourth member of their team, a monkey with an enormous brain. “But I, Mojo Jojo will defeat the Powerpuff Girls on my own.”
“You forget,” said Vader, using the force to halt Mojo Jojo’s walk, “That we are facing an army of our own.”
“So,” said Aku slowly, “We wait. And let them kill each other.”
“Precisely,” said Voldemort, nodding and hissing at the thought. “Then we strike them down when both sides are weak.”
“Treachery at it’s best,” mused Mojo. “Very well. I Mojo Jojo will prepare the necessary mechanical beasts for our doing.”

It is to be noted that evil villains contend with the Earth in a specific manner. They like to tread on each other’s territory, often entering partnerships that would result in the inevitable backstabbing. It was common territory for all of those involved, and as such, Lex Luthor knew this as well.
Lex was no ordinary man. He had existed alongside the super intelligent archival program Braniac, and he was prepared to create contingency plans. As such, using his twelfth level intellect, he sought out the beings who would enter a pact without preparing to contend with each other without stabbing each other in the back.
The being Lord Zedd was the first on the list. He and his wife Rita Repulsa were none other than infamous in the multiverse. With a promise to help restore their empire with new technology, he gathered them to his side, as with the Prince of the Machine Empire, Gasket and his wife Archerina as well. The pair were preparing to create a technological empire to rival his fathers, and Gasket knew that the legend of Braniac, however diminished in their own universe was also a force to be reckoned with.
The Demon Sorcerer Shendu was also a strong ally. With an incredible hatred for the man named Jackie Chan, his intelligence rivalled his own and Shendu provided much mystical knowledge that Lex eagerly absorbed with every word spoken. Another stood to the side, silent but deadly; the ninja Uchiha Itachi. The ninja had slaughtered his entire clan and left one to become one like him. Lex definitely could use the evil that the young man had created, and was less prone to betraying him than the snake sannin Orochimaru.
The Shredder was an unusual introduction to Lex’s quickly formed Secret Society, but the man was more than enough in both combat and ancient knowledge. His technological prowess made Lex’s heart sing and the pair worked tirelessly to prepare for the assault that would come at dawn.
Several others joined the ranks, some weeded out because of self interest such as the being known as the Box Ghost. Some others like the Dark Dragon were also pressed for information. Knowledge was power, and Lex liked power.
The group of villains were as varied and ranged as the ones who used to be part of the Secret Society, but then Grodd also tended to be overbearing with his work. Many of the worlds had similar themes to them, and as a result he found several enemies who were actually copies of themselves. But the final topping was of the villain whom Lex was out to retrieve.
Stories were rampant from Lord Zedd about the being known as Ivan Ooze. So, taking a platoon of Zedd’s putties and a few new allies to help him, he begun to dig.
