He's a Chicken I tell you!

A Giant CHICKEN!

For anyone who knows their Warner Brothers cartoons, the Chicken Boo segments of Animaniacs was one of the funniest if not predictable sequences in the cartoon.

Basically it boils down to the author DangerMouse giving the Harry Potter a good ol' wallop upside the head. Check for the fanfiction Chapter 33 : The Death Eaters (revisited) and you'll have a good old laugh. It's well worth the hunt for the fic.

A lot of good and bad things have happened over the past few months. While I can't blame it on any certian things, I know this much : I should NEVER stop taking my medicine. I didn't know this but my meds had a mild antidepressant in them. I suppose the lack of taking meds for a few weeks kinda boiled down to my erratic beheavior.

On the good note, I'm working well with my new Guardian Deck and it's helped a lot. I just fear the dynamics of the game will be turned on it's head with the release of Dark Beginnings, the Master Collection AND coming in the spring, new Dragon and Zombie decks with upgraded versions of Vampire Lord and Red Eyes Black Dragon in it. Read the description of em on Pojo.com. *SHUDDER* Precioussss...

I've calmed down signifigantly but I got walloped by a migrane yesterday. At least it was late in the work day and I was leaving in a few minutes. But still. Migrane. Oi. My cousins are coming over today and I'm sure Ferryl is working. Aw well, I barely see her anyhow even when WE go to their place in Calgary.

YTV has earned me new respect. As silly as their programming can get, they've been airing Teen Titans season 3 every DAY for the last few days. Thursdays episode was Haunted, a spectacular Robin Mind-Fuck episode that gets you going in your seat. Alongside this are episodes of Justice League Unlimited, all new ones (ha, take THAT Cartoon Network!) and new eps of the somewhat butchered Yu-Gi-Oh, Xiaolin Showdown, etc. It's all new and the day is getting better. Danny Phantom and Fairly Odd Parents have earned my respect with todays episode of Danny Phantom and yesterdays hour and a half long episode movie of Fairly Odd Parents. Really good shows.

Now if they'd air an uncut version of The Muppets Family Christmas, all would be well. I just HAVE to see Gonzo and Animal sleeping on coat-racks.

I hate you ;)

Ditto, but I think it's just wishful thinking on our parts. The DVD has parts that are edited out of it, and even the version that airs on the Hallmark Channel has stuff edited out for time. I don't think there's been a truly uncut version since it first aired.

Watch out for the icy patch!

I agree with Iap. I hate you too. Damn Cartoon Network needs to start showing the new ones!

And yes, the Robin Mind-Fuck episode was great. Now, to mind-rape my characters even worse...

Gonzo and Animal sleeping on coatracks? Which Muppets Christmas movie is it? The "Wonderful Life" one?

And I think there's going to be a Muppets version of The Wizard of Oz next year. At least, that's what I heard on NBC's broadcast of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.

Nope. The "Wonderful Life" one, It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas premiered two years ago. Muppet Family Christmas first aired about...1988, I believe, and it was like one big Muppet crossover. The plot was the entire cast of the Muppet Show (Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, the band, etc) going to Fozzie's mom's house for Christmas. However, Fozzie's mom was on her way to vacation in Florida, and Doc and Sprocket (the human and the Muppet dog from Fraggle Rock) were house-sitting for her. Later on a bunch of Muppets from Sesame Street came by singing Christmas carols and ended up being invited in to join the party. The Fraggles got involved when Robin and Kermit found a Fraggle hole in the basement of the house. It ended with all of the cast singing a medley of Christmas carols, and Jim Henson and Sprocket washing dishes.

Yup. If I remember the casting right Ashanti is playing Dorothy, Queen Latifah is Aunt Em, Kermit, Gonzo and Fozzie are the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion and Piggy is playing the witches of the North, South, East and West (the Muppet version is based off of the book instead of the 1939 movie). Should be interesting.

I think I saw that when I was about three or something. Somehow it ended up sticking in my head--Big Bird and Swedish Chef come to memory a lot...

The uncut Muppets Family Christmas was memorable. I remember they aired the pure uncut version a couple of years ago on YTV but in my glorious stupidity, I forgot to air it.

Although a Muppets Wizard of OZ? I am SO THERE!

Me too!
