Cast it into the fire!
Two days after my terrible week had ended.
Two days and I got my head on straight.
And two days later, I'm feeling back to my old self again.
Good Thing #1 : Dad returned home and all of mom's fears are unfounded. That's a ring cast into the fire right there.
Good Thing #2 : Got around to finishing Shining Force : Ressurection of the Dark Dragon on GBA. Man, it rocked. And now a Narsha/Max fic is plaguing me. Aiyeee!
Good Thing #3 : I have a minion! Yes indeed, for my boss has hired a new Driver which means a little more slack for me and Chris, less times for me to work an extra-long day, and I have a minion! Yay! Now we'll see if he lasts the week unlike the LAST person we hired for the Kitchen. She showed up for one day, and was pretty much a jerk during the whole time. She got fired by her second shift.
Good Thing #4 : Aibou pointed me in the right direction for a deck. She told me exactly what I needed to do : Stop dumping my whole strategy on her and give her some support. I did so and found Guardian Monsters. Why haven't anyone used them before? Guardians Kick Ass. Sure we don't have Guardian Erratos yet but Grarl is a nice sub for her when he needs to hurt something right off the bat from his summoning.
Good Thing #5 : The Guild has been more than supportive of my recent crisis. I thank them for being my sounding board when I got horribly depressed. Special thanks to Rocker and Ryan for hearing me out when it got really bad.
Good Thing #6 : Cheese. No really. Cheese. English Cheese. Dad brought a large box of really damn good cheese. I haven't seen any of these brands in most stores in this COUNTRY let alone the area.
Good Thing #7 : My credit card bill came in. Just a little over $250 CAD. This means I can easily give my mom the money, still save some for payments for my Student Loan, Insurance AND Gas money and still have enough time to buy a new game when it comes out. Life is good.
Yeah, it's been a good half a week. And just to kick things off, I'm getting into the Christmas Spirit as PVP has begun to put up Christmas Oriented Strips. In the words of Brent Sienna : You Kringled my IPod.
