On RP and WoW

I think it's about time I start taking a slight break from WoW, Raiding in general to be sure of. I do love it, but I don't have the time or patience to headwall vs Sindragosa for the next few days/weeks/etc. Work and RL getting in the way. So I'll just putter around a little later on.

On a note of things, we just got a Raine Sage. Godfreakindamn I want to app Estelle but that's the fabled 8th slot talking now. Probably will not, and will never happen unless Ed, well, fades away into musespace.

I'm thinking I could do a better job with Estelle when she has no impetuous to sleep around.

Lemme quote Knux and Zoki on this. Sums up most of it.

Zoki: Okay, here's what happened: Kawalsky turned out to be Shiva, a god of destruction, and he planted bombs all over the ship and took a hostage. The crew fought back against him, but one of the bombs in the pod caverns went off. Cassie Lang and two people in podsleep died, but the podded people weren't anyone the crew knew.

Then they fought Shiva, and they had to kill Kawalsky's body to end it. So there was a funeral for the four dead.

At the same time, another small crew went down to a planet and got captured by aliens. Hiccup and Rose Tyler were made incubators for chestbursters, and when everyone came back to the ship Hiccup's exploded. He was saved in emergency surgery, and Rose was saved just before hers burst out, so there weren't any deaths from that plot.

THEN some of the crew fought GLaDOS, and they learned that the purpose of the test is to evaluate if a person's avia, their sentient life essence, is staying stable in their bodies. In the crew's stressful situation separated from their worlds, the avia is more fragile and their souls might fall out.

So GLaDOS tests people to see if their souls are still in place. If they are, they're returned to the crew. If not, they're repodded so that their avias can be reunited with their bodies and tied in there.

So tl;dr: Cassie and Kawalsky were killed off, Hiccup's hurt, and we now know why GLaDOS takes people. Also, the memory erasure of hiatused/dropped characters is now optional and you're free to have your characters remember previously forgotten people.

Then Fate got into a fight involving a dispute over cloning and there's some fallout from that, but your Nanoha castmates can explain that better than I can.

Knux: Anywho, the problem with the clone? Mei-Xing had a clone she was using for organ replacements. Fate and Superboy followed her, found the clone and they fought. Fate and Superboy got the better of her and brought her to Security and they clone in a safe place.

The Council's now dealing with the fallout of the Clone deal, with Nanoha fighting fiercely in trying to keep the clone alive, despite the fact that it's practically brain dead.

And now me:

There's a anti-Ohm virus that has seeped out of contagion and we were tried to be warned by Cortana, the AI but Stacy's old AI slapped down on that despite the real AI's protests. It's a rage virus which turns the recipient into an angry snarling crazy person and will result in them not eating, sleeping or drinking resulting in death. Medical and Science labs are on the duty for that.

Also, it can only be passed by large amounts of body fluid; blood, saliva, y'know, the usual stuff including THAT if they did it during infection. Usually stages of infection start with flu-like symptoms but then get more energized and aggressive.

So far, Matt's been beaten to a near bloody mess by Asuna, Rein's due to fight Superman, Ed's sick AND will be Rage-Virused in a bit (waiting for his freakout to destroy a building), Phillip's popping TOMORROW (Podpops were pushed to Saturday), Negi had a musical number with Sasami after dealing with a rage virused Alessa, Reimi's offered her blood as a chance for a cure, and Ben's slugging it out with Devlin who is also rage virused.

The virus is still going so we can probably do some Ed-Winry stuff. And you could always pop in tomorrow during Podpop and say Winry was GlaDoSed.

i could do that? Really? i could say both Winry and Terra were GlaDoSed, right? That would mean they wouldn't be around and i could get away with that?

i've got an essay to revise this weekend and of course need to wait until my freaking keyboard is fixed. But either way i think i can do some roleplay this weekend.
