Power Rangers Decade - Scene from A.G. World 02
A few notes on this. The world that I'm using for the Decade crossover is canon up until the end of episode 29, but instead of running into the Rider War World, the events of All Rider vs DaiShocker is utilized instead, thus giving a more positive outlook on this world. Most likely the true ending will be adapted for later, but for now, this is from Einhart's journey along with Tsukasa and Co after she runs into them.
“He is the destroyer,” said Narutaki as Negi looked at him. “Decade. He has accepted his role as the destroyer and has gone around worlds, ending them, creating what he believes is his destiny.”
“Decade… but, he doesn’t seem like a bad person.” Said Negi.
At this, Narutaki actually smiled as Kotaro pointed at him. “Hey! You should really stop smiling so mysteriously!”
“If you said that months ago, I would have agreed,” said Narutaki. “However, I saw the selfless reasons for why Decade fights so hard, and why people need to understand him now. He found his home, and I found my peace once he defeated the sinful Dai Shocker that he created.”
Looking at Negi and Kotaro, he intoned, “Negi Springfield, I would not do this to anyone, but there is someone who wishes for you to take it up.” And he held out a bracelet with a blue stone in it. “It is from your father.”
That got his attention. “You know my father?!”
Narutaki nodded. “This is a very unique situation. And the power that shouldn’t be in this world will be in this world. Riders make bridges, forming bonds. Eventually, Decade and you will fight. With your magic sealed however, you need to rescue your friends. Do you accept?”
Negi considered this and exhaled. “Alright. What do I have to do?”
“You, and Kotaro already know what it is,” said Narutaki as he looked at the world which wavered before them between the spaces of reality. “One word, two syllables.”
The passing by Kamen Riders were getting their asses kicked. But to be fair, their opponents were very much powerful and magical and demon-y. Wilheim smirked at them. “Well now, I get to defeat such powerful opponents but you are not my targets.”
“No, I am,” said Negi as he appeared out of a rush of wavy energy followed by Kotaro who was cracking his knuckles.
“Oh? And even after that seal I placed on you, it doesn’t even faze you, young Springfield.” Said Wilheim. “Now what will you do? With no magic, you cannot hope to achieve victory.”
“Negi,” whispered Asuna. “NEGI! Run away!”
“Sensei! Without your magic!” added Nodoka. “Without your magic you’ll die!”
“Negi!”
“Negi-kun!”
“Everyone, thank you,” said Negi. “But this is my fight.”
“Hey hey,” said Kotaro with a smirk. “This is OUR fight.”
Negi nodded. “Our fight. Together.” And the pair bumped fists for a brief moment before their expressions turned serious.
Negi thrust his left arm up across himself as he slowly made a half circle overhead before he clasped his hand across the bracelet he wore. In the same motion, Kotaro threw his arm forward, making a gripping motion as he thrust it into the air as the pair chorused, “HENSHIN!”
“Overdrive Summoning!” boomed the gem on Negi’s wrist.
“Overdrive Howl!” boomed the gem on Kotaro’s wrist.
In a burst of light, a pair of belts appeared and Wilheim, realizing he gave them time to retaliate, shot at the pair but it was defected by a blast of light. In a flash of light, there stood two beings, one of them themed like a dog with black and white highlights, the other dressed in a colorless rider suit with a long scarf trailing down his back.
“Kamen Rider Howl!” exclaimed Kotaro, making several poses as he took a fighting stance.
“Kamen Rider Voco!” added Negi, posing differently as he posed and took a stance as well.
“Where did you get those?” demanded Wilheim, completely shocked by the turn of events.
“Don’t you know?” said Tsukasa smugly as he and Einhart dragged themselves to their feet. “The Power of the Rider lives on in these two children.”
“Impossible…!” gasped Wilheim.
In response, Negi held up Asuna’s card as he shoved it into a case that stood upright on his belt and he locked it into place by shoving the hinged device down into the buckle. “Tentatio Voco : Haud Veneficus Mucro” Boomed the belt as the outfit gained a long flowing appearance reminiscent to Asuna’s favorite battle uniform coloring his armor a dark maroon, and a sword was ejected from his belt into his hand which rapidly expanded to full size.
At the same time, Kotaro wasn’t idle as he pulled out a card as well and slid it into his oversized gauntlet on his wrist. “Tentatio Voco : Canis Everto Flatus” boomed his fist burned with dog demon powers as he raised his fist which burned with flames.
Wilheim, realizing that he was in the path of a Final Attack, moved to get out of the way. But in an instant, brilliant rings of light flashed into view as Einhart smirked under her helmet. “Chain Bind,” she intoned, gripping her hand so that the magic would contract around the old demon. At the same time, the girls burst free due to them overloading the magical bubble from within.
“Let’s go, Kotaro,” said Negi as he pulled the rectangular part off his belt and flipped it open, revealing a cellphone. Kotaro nodded and pulled the part off his belt as well.
“5-5-9!” Boomed the cellphone as Negi jacked it into the hilt of the sword. “Rider Slash!”
“3-3-5!” Boomed the cellphone as Kotaro slammed it into the top of his oversized gauntlet which spun with the sound of a wolf howl. “Rider Punch!”
THOOM went the impacts as the pair leaped forward and the Rider Punch and Rider Slash impacted with an explosive result. There was a pattern of a wing outline before Wilheim exploded, his monstrous form bursting away in a rush of black feathers that turned to white.
“Someday, maybe I’ll return,” said Wilheim with a smile. “I’m a bad man after all.”
Negi shook his head. “You will, and I’ll be ready. And I don’t think you’re evil anyhow.”
“You’re a good boy, Negi Springfield.” And with a laugh, Wilheim faded away into a cloud of steam and smoke.
Negi sighed and then was tackled by his students. Chizuru walked up and hugged Kotaro who blushed, pressed into the girls’ large chest.
“Is this really okay, Narutaki,” said Tsukasa as the man appeared in a flash of light. “You gave them Rider powers. I thought you detested the power of the Rider.”
“Sometimes, old friend’s last wishes override common sense,” said Narutaki as he looked at the two kids who were hugged and fussed over. “Decade, your actions in your own world gave me something to think about. Your journey continues, but this time, you journey because you found your home, and will continue to meet new people.”
“Awfully poetic for someone who tried his hardest to kill Tsukasa,” remarked Kaitou. “Whatever. I got my treasure in this world. I’m headed out.”
“Kaitou…” said Tsukasa and the thief paused. “You’ll get more treasure in the next world.”
“I’ll hold you to that,” said Kaitou as he slipped off.
“So, wherever we go, the Riders will follow,” said Einhart. “I still haven’t caught up to Vivio and the others yet.”
“Yes, but it looks like they’ve been here already,” said Yuusuke. “Don’t worry, stick with us. We’ll find them.”

It's widely known that Negi and Ken Akamatsu is a Kamen Rider fan, along with Kotaro, and has been referenced repeatedly in the series. Having Negi with a rider gear that's a mix of hte old and new was definitely something I had in mind. For the Latin impaired, which is all of us, "Tenatio Voco" means "Attack Summon".
Haud Veneficus Murco is Latin for No Magic Sword, and Canis Everto Flatus is Latin for "Dog Black Flame".
Kamen Rider Voco is of course Kamen Rider Summon. And if there's a Howl, I'll come up with something more Latin-y later.
