After considerable debate and reading WITCH 104, I have come to a decision. I need to scrap Metal and rewrite it, free of Dive influences.

... instead I go to title it with the word CLIMAX in it. I guess there's some influences.

So without further ado, the opening sequence to Kamen RiderElement Metal: Final Climax

Despite the name of the post, the results are nothing but non-sexual in nature.

After an exhausting couple of days both mentally and physically, demanding wakeup times, chores and the whole nine yards, I'm settling down to a Saturday. Hopefully my fingers will cooperate for this duration of the post goddamnit I'm already misspelling things.

Tired tired tired. Really tired. But at the same time, refreshed. I went and had a couple of drinks last night and I do feel a little more comfortable in my own skin. Apped to Splendor City and prepared an application for Soul Campaign as well. Both mostly at the insistence of friends YOUKNOWWHOYOUARE.

Ed's CR is picking up due to my very good people on Plurk who saw my TLDR on plurk of all things and decided they could not let the challenge slip away. And husbandou? I do apologize for making you mad. You will not believe how much that's gnawed on me for a while.

Madoka 5 is out but I'm almost scared to watch it from the memories of episode 3 replaying in my mind once in a while. Still though, I need to let that out a little more. Play with my derps a bit.

Ben needs more CR too, come to think about it. I solved the Reimi problem but Ben has no one to rely on right at the given moment in time.

Well, one step at a time really.

Izuna! What to talk about her. Basically her story starts when Mugen, their master throws her, and her three other ninja allies out of their home, because the way of the ninja is dying out. Moving from place to place, she, Shino, Gen-An and Mitsumoto are traveling from place to place until they arrive at a suitably out of the way village, ie the village where gods reside in.

While Grandboss wanders off during this time, Izuna goes and picks up a holy gem, thus angering every god within a 100 mile radius, and even making a random bystander to run by screaming “DOOOOOOOMED!” or something close to it. The gods put curses on the townsfolk, and its up to Izuna to uncurse them by doing what she does best: crawling through the dungeons and kicking some ass. Attempts to leave with Mitsumoto and Shino are rebuked, as they don’t recognize Izuna at all.

Izuna moves from location to location, shrine to shrine and beating up as many gods as she can, and for some odd reason, has a +affection score rated towards them as whenever she beats them soundly or by the skin of her teeth, they tend to like her. Still, eventually she gains the orbs associated with their respective elements, going around to curing all of them.

Finally after five gods, it’s time for the sixth, the powerful leader Takushiki, who has a vested interest in Izuna and let her through this as some sort of trial, most likely to aggravate her to no end since Izuna just won’t give up despite whining about everything. A royal showdown ensures and Izuna reigns supreme! Now she can rescue Grandboss-ohwait he’s the final final boss. What.

Seems that the curse was extra strong on Grandboss and Izuna has had it up to here with curses and gods. So finally, in a fit of feminine rage and lv 99 asskicking, she takes down Grandboss and breaks the curse, thus restoring the entire town to normal. Along the way of the adventure she meets a couple of people, a fisherman named Ichika and Sakichi. The pair set off after this adventure after Izuna helps them, and eventually sends a letter, inviting the group to their wedding.

Thus starting Izuna 2 with a bang, Izuna is one of the last few ninjas in the world when they go to Ichika and Sakichi’s home town, and prepare to attend a riproaring wedding, complete with tons of seafood. Izuna is obviously having a good time when Shino wanders off. In the morning, they’re talking about a big massive guy seen around the time when Shino vanished. Izuna, thinking “logically”, goes to kick his ass in the shrine, and it turns out to be, surprise surprise, another GOD. But Izuna doesn’t care and gives him a royal beating, which isn’t hard because clearly he is lacking in the brains.

The group decides to move on after recovering Shino who was just relaxing in the springs, and they keep going, clearing the way and dungeon diving, all with throwing around jokes about breasts and acting half their age. However, more and more surprises follow as more gods keep showing up, including the gods of the PREVIOUS adventure in which Izuna relates in classic 4th wall style. It turns out while the group progresses across the landscape, that Shizune, Shino’s sister who she was looking for, and Izuna are “portable shrines” which allows gods to visit outside their villages.

This obviously spells trouble because two of these people in the same place at the same time, creates a situation where any god within a 1000 mile radius can come say hello, causing conflict and strife. These gods and their mononoke, followed Shizune as she looked for Shino, and obviously a conflict brewed between the gods of the region and the gods of the other regions.

Izuna is left holding the bag, so she travels from place to place across the land, kicking ass and taking names because that’s what she DOES. And gets paid for everything in pretty much food. Finally after several attempts, Izuna reunites Shizune and Shino, and of course this results in the Dark Prince arriving. Blah blah blah I am very angry at you goes the Prince and Izuna just hands him his ass with her friends, including the help of the gods as well. In the end, she convinces him to leave, and he takes his gods and goes, while Shizune is allowed to stay since Takushiki was the one who separated her and Shino as children.

Thus ending with a fairly nice storyline, Izuna is pretty much just relaxing these days, waiting for the next adventure to come along (which probably won’t since Izuna 3 hasn’t been produced by now.)

Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Shaun TLDR podcast in which I ramble about things until I manage to go out of steam and sort of puddle on the desk. It's been a while hasn't it? Well there's no harm done and my headspace has auto-kicked in to totalbiscuit's dulcet tones.

So as a recap, Christmas has come and gone and for once it did not suck balls. That's right you heard it first, a Christmas where nothing bad actually happened. No quite frankly it was just the opposite. Having made my way through the new year I have gotten my Paladin to level 85 and then subsequently gotten her archaeology up to well past the 325 mark. This in turn allows me to dig around Outland for shiny things that are of Draenei or Orcish make. And being level 85 anything short of a raid boss cannot kick my ass. No in fact. It rather does its own kicking, and stomps on everything like it's a tiny little nibblet.

Coupling with the Christmas that did not suck the arrival of the much anticipated [livejournal.com profile] keybladeorder roleplaying game has opened up and already I am thinking of very bad things to happen just because Rita decided that immolation was the way to go. I'm sorry but the girl is the Hayate Yagami of the video game world. She does not aim as much as just gesture in the general direction and throw something, hoping it'll hit. This is clearly supported by the Tales of Vesperia video game canon and the fact that over half her spells that exceed the size of a ice cream truck hit over half the things on screen.

From the other side of the building.

I wouldn't be surprised if Long Range Bombardment is off her allowed list after nuking a Darkside with an Ancient Catastrophe, and then griping about it and her poor decision making skills. Considering she just recently destroyed Training Ground 17, the gardener would like to have a word. I'm not entirely sure who's to blame for this one; the heartless for showing up or letting Rita be in charge without calling Yen Sid first.

My torrid love affair for Kamen Rider continues, most importantly the arrival of Kamen Rider Den-O into my list of things that have soaked up my time. In three days I finished all of Den-O and this is including the movies and the Decade Tie-ins. The Kiva one fell a little short but due to the wibbly wobbly timey wimey nature of the storyline I suppose it's allowable that it feels like sort of a "here you go here's a Kiva, oh look Rider KICK."

So much in fact that I've written a little fan fiction about it in my wont, but also as usual it's a bloody crossover. One of these days I'll see about actually writing a real singular storyline but maybe later in the far FAR future. As with all things in mind, previous to date I had also finished off the rest of Nanoha A's and proceeded to write far too many chapters within that storyline. I did blame Shadow Crystal Mage and his Nanoha/Negima fic for instilling the idea into me, but unlike him where he was dared to do Negi-Nanoha, much to the dismay of the fandom who simply cannot get over the fact that silly fic is for silly and pairings can go the way of the dodo, I decided to backtrack a little and focus on Vita who has become a favorite singular fixture in both Hirari and Lyrical Ride.

Coupled with my torrid affair for the Nanoha universe is my Tiana fanfic Going My Soul which is admittedly Rider Inspired but Xros Wars caused. Considering the blatant disregard for anything pertaining to something as simple as a level, Xros Wars takes the evolution thing and throws it into a bush shredder. Repeatedly. Going My Soul focuses on the epilogue of StrikerS, and coincidentally mucking it all up. Instead of having a nice little separation epilogue where everyone goes their ways, Tia is thrust into a matter of monsters and legendary warriors which she becomes the main focus around. It's not to say that I'm ignoring the rest of Riot 6, it's just that she's the goddamn transforming warrior. I really have to get around to the next chapter because she's going to find out that Kouichi and the Council of Five (see what I did there?), are letting her WIN. And that's not going to sit well with her.

Writing music has been replaced primarily by Den-O music, which Climax Jump Den-Liner Form has become a big fixture of, as well as the theme from one of the movies If We Met in a Dream. Both songs are fantastic and anyone who says otherwise will be dragged out and shot in the leg.

I haven't touched the Warcraft in a while, only logging on once in a while to ensure that I hadn't been hacked. With the amount of ridiculous amounts of hacker email I get claiming that I did something illegal in WoW when I clearly haven't been on in weeks gives me pause, and I do check my game. Of course I'm not stupid enough to click a link. No, I'm not certain members of my family who believe google ads such as Acai Berry Secret in Red Deer is real. Maybe I should get on and laugh at Goldshire today. It has been a while and Lan or Rein hasn't made an appearance recently. And y'know? Been considering another race change for Rein back to human. I don't know WHY but the reason that I returned to Draenei has been long since negated. Hmm. Well I'll see what comes up. Best check my account statement first before I do that.

This has been another TLDR podcast and I'm spent. /Sips coffee. I'll see you next time.

Finished watching A's after what, a couple of years now? I tried getting through it a while ago but my disk crapped out. But I finished watching it on my PS3 so that's all shiny.

Material S's muse stirred again and she's asking me for a game. I'm considering either Planeo again or Queen of Hearts, depending on if Tia's muse sticks with me. Either or, it's not a bad idea, considering S is all good.

Trans9 has been a lot of fun although I'm just utterly swamped at times. Still, it's not as bad as TLH where I can go from no tags to zomgoverwork. I'm almost glad for my illness cause it gave me a chance to rest up a little.

Totally addicted to my fried chicken recipe. It's just delicious and after giving my bro an entire batch, I needed some for myself so I'm cooking them up now.

A's totally reaffirmed my Vita and strengthened my Shamal muse on a note even if they are Vivid era.

Trinity Universe is a lot of fun, and I'm enjoying it more than Cross Edge but even so, both games are fantastic fun. Though getting beat up by a couple of prinnies kinda sucked. A sign I need to level up more.

Finally, I've been trying to get this Decade/Nanoha fic worked out set between the timeskip of A's and StrikerS, but nothing's working out properly. I get like 3-4 pages done and then realize it's just stupid. For some reason though, I've been focusing on Kaito more than Tsukasa. I blame Nanya's Blood That Flows for the renewed interest in the crossover idea.

So my brother failed a couple of classes and like before, he's thinking of giving up completely. I won't stand for this. For one thing, he's following my train of thought: it's too hard, give up. I'm slowly shaking that off for the most part. Mom and Grandma are trying to get him out of the house but it's a work in process. He has to leave or the snow'll get harder.

Sigh. It's always the younger that is difficult in most families I've noticed. Being one of two sons, I wouldn't know how life would be with smaller kids in the house. But at the same time, why in the world am I so worried he's going to fail hopelessly? He's failed two classes, fine. This is just a progress on getting the Class 3 and then he'll be raking in the dough no matter where he works.

I guess it's a sort of "Damn I can't wait to see him get going" coupled with "He'd better survive his classes" thing.

Gonna have to work on a master list for most of my muses again. It's slow going and I'm not the fastest htmler in the world.

Although I'm making Lu and Setsuna icons. Go me.

It's like I can't cook anything worth saving my life anymore.

Every time I follow a recipe, I wind up creating something completely inedible. Especially when it's meat and chicken. Even now, I can't make cookies or cakes without said item turning out half-done and ruined lately. It's driving me up the wall.

I can't rely on the timer to cook anymore, because it takes half the time the recipes project them to be. And as such, attempts at making something delicious often fail, and fall short of anything good. Right now those delicious looking chicken pieces from the recipe I was following resemble lumps of coal. Yeah, it's that bad.

Fuck this is what happens when I try to cook. I used to be so good at this. Where'd I go wrong?

Got to bed late last night doing a couple of tags and all and I need to play catch up with Trans9 now. But it's not too bad. Been fanfic writing lately so that's a lot of fun and it's relaxing to boot. Although my whole "Henshin sound" reflex comes into play when I'm writing anything that requires transforming. Kyle's asked me what I'm doing to make those sounds.

Woke up this morning to Kyle making a telemarketers life hard through cold hard logic instead of following a script. That's always fun.

He's almost done Fallout New Vegas but he's now sunk into the side quests which kind of bite. It's making a 4 hour game like several days worth of playing. Meh. At least I can watch my shows once in a while. I'd like to at least finish Blade's world before I continue on. With any luck I can watch that this morning.

ALSO, I'm looking for the Familiar of Zero series right now. With any luck, I can find the novels or maybe some of the translated manga. Reading this FateStay/FoZ fanfic made me curious and as usual, the brain wondered how Tsukasa aka Decade would handle it. He wouldn't really have a problem defeating enemies but he and Louise would be at each others throats verbally since he's not the type to hurt kids, unless they're Riders but I digress.

... yeah, I'm going to wind up writing that fic aren't I. Probably call it something along the lines of "One Grand Experiment" or something similar to that since Tsukasa has a terrible tendency of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

After reading a plot bunny on Nintramy's fanfiction dot net page, I got to thinking about Naruto and how I could have done my own version of a Decade-style crossover. He or she suggested fanfiction universes, and while I have few, I decided on a topic of Fanfiction Genres.

As such, the nine worlds are divided into the nine subsections of Fanfiction TYPES we find on Fnet.

Kuuga - "Slice of Life" A normal life fic where everything is nice and regular. Or so we think.
Agito - "Angels" When the monsters are more hidden, does it make you realize that someone is divine?
Faiz - "Dangerous Hidden Secret" A secret lurks in everyone's heart, what can they manage to produce in time?
Hibiki - "Boybands" Music guides and thrums in our soul, the pounding of the beat and the screams of the fans.
Blade - "Original Generation" To the future we hold, clambering upon aspects of the universe.
Den-O - "Time Travel" When the past is the future and the future is the past, Ride the Liner to the Present
Ryuki - "Evil Twin" They say everyone's got a double somewhere. What if our family was our greatest threat?
Kiva - "Demons" When everyone's a monster, does holding the power of Kiva make one a god?
Kabuto - "Exile" When the hero has been exiled, what choice does he have but to keep running?

Okay so pretty much, that whole Rum and Coke thing is better experienced with a drink that isn't total ASS. The Tanduay Rum isn't fit to be served to dogs much less used as a paint stripper.

Now Sailor Jerry on the other hand, wow. It is FANTASTIC and it is a delicious rum that is well deserved and brewed properly. It's like trading in Paint Thinner for Ambrosia.

And the hangover quotient is really low. So low in fact that I don't HAVE one. Which is remarkable in itself since it's a higher proof than Tanduay but with less alcohol in it. All I am right now is sleepy and shaking off the cobwebs with my morning coffee.

So yeah, Shaun +1.

Maybe for another special occasion I'll get ma that Gibson wine since she likes wine so much.

Okay, I need suggestions F-list for a PB. Young, female, able to pass for a really small person with anime-style proportions. Not too, well, booby, but slender. I was thinking kidlet Nanoha or Chibi Usa but those are two foregone conclusions for a Gnome girl since they're inherently chibi at that age.

Likewise I need a PB for Perry, my male gnome. Young, either facial hair or not, but intelligent looking at least. Doesn't have to be overly anime-cute but eh.

It's always interesting watching The Library. It's a mix of storyline, action and visual effects that often belay the child-targeted audience, such as the Noh-style mask of Won Shi Tong. it's very interesting as far as characterization goes as the primary tone of this season is Conflict, especially in between the characters themselves. It's a major thematic part of the series.

And as such, I also note that Won Shi Tong gets rather reptilian when he transforms to "Battle mode" as it were.

Apologies to everyone last night or just up and vanishing on them. Turns out that if I lay down and read, it's pretty much a death kneel for anything resembling "awake" time. I vaguely remember my mom coming into my room, removing my glasses and putting my book on the bedside table.

Also, I have been awake since 2am for that transgression, so you can count it amidst my punishments.

1) It could use a hell of a lot more Disney on their roster.

2) Is that Mel Brooks I see? Hell. Yes.

3) There's a decent selection of Anime, nothing too spectacular, but a good amount of Funimation stuff like Full Metal Panic The Second Raid as well as Queen's Blade. The second I'm watching now and it's something I wouldn't watch with anyone around, considering the generous amount of fanservice and toplessness and panties.

On the note of Queen's Blade, I'm really liking the bandit girl Risty the most. She's silly, wild, and totally hot. While Leina is the main character, Risty is the character I really like the most so far. And finally I have a voice to match to Melona since my Fate interacted with her in Micro.

Queen's Blade is interesting as its based on a group of artbooks and tabletop RPGs and while the series itself edges on the level of almost brainless fanservice. It's not really a tournament in all traditional fashion right now, as the storyline seems to be focused more around Lenna's desire to get out and see the world, and not become the next ruler of their land.

Though I gotta say that armor of hers must be more protective if it took Melona's exploding boobs (yes you heard that right) point blank and all she got for her trouble was a headache and waking up on shore. At the very least, I'm watching this through as much as possible cause I'll probably have a good time watching the dub.

Who knows, I might get a muse or two from Queen's Blade. It certainly has the appeal I look for in series, and it helps that Risty has quickly soared to one of my favorite types of characters since she's a girl who knows what she needs to do, being a Robin Hood style of bandit. Someone that even Lina Inverse would give pause to blow up. Well, until Risty pisses her off and they go at it.

Leveling up my Death Knight on Gnomeregan and it's a joy to see a furry angry ball of mean coming at you.

Day 2. 12:13 pm. Stalked by being from another dimension. Convinced it wishes to, no wait, I've done that joke already. Numerous times. In Vashj'ir right now and the zone is just fantastic if overtly LARGE. Everything large and everything wants your precious, no not that way sickos. Or devour you. And I mean that one at least. There is a ton of stuff to do in this zone and I've JUST gotten the Flight Path back to shore which is a godsend since I don't need to burn my flight path.

HOWEVER Due to my brother telling me how incredible Uldum is, and the fact that I've gotten tired of KH's Under the Sea mix, I am taking a break from the tropical underwater paradise and going to, well, Uldum. In which case I will be putting on The Prince of Egypt coupled with Aladdin because quite honestly this place is an Egyptian Paradise.

For some REASON I an unable to go to Uldum the PROPER way, which is teleporting from Stormwind right next to your destination. This is quite the pickle no less. Maybe I should kip over to Deepholm instead. After all, there be elementium there. Yes, quite delicious that ore is.

Oh why the hell not. Save Uldum for my "End game" joy. I want to go to Deepholm and I'm tired of wringing kelp from my butt-plates. Do you realize how heavy it is under water? Quite honestly I'd swim naked if I thought I didn't need my 460% swimspeed mount.

1:31 pm. After a cleansing hot shower that has warmed my fingers so I can actually PLAY now, I have gone to Deepholm for a while and bust out some of the quests there. Ore Ore Ore everywhere! It's like a miners dream come true! I have 5 stacks of Elementium on my person right now. GLEE!

Day 1: 3:05 am. Went to Hyjal. NEVER AGAIN. I am waiting out the storm as everyone and their DOG is there. Tempted to go to Vashj'ir.

4:05 am. Said screw it. Went and excavated a pile of things. Listening to my brother complain on Skype about a helmet not spawning. Quite amused. Eating Shipao. Mouth burning from spicy sauce ogod need milk. Almost to max level in Archeology. Half through lv 80 to 81. Does anyone else see a pattern here?

4:13 am. Almost to max 75 Archeology. Should stop by and get my professions up a notch again. Harrison Jones is teaching it. I love Blizzard for combining Harrison Ford and Dr. Indy Jones. Kyle was previously freaking about helmet. Helmet found.

Man I need coffee. It's cold.

4;17 am. Going back to SW in order to get next level Archeology. Not getting skill ups at ALL wtf. Apparently my gathers are all greened out now. That makes Shaun a sad panda. Flying in Azeroth does help. And it only cost 200 gold for me. This is much more relaxing too.

5;17 am. Archeology continues. At lv 95ish already but at the same time, I've stopped skilling up since I hit 70. However I'm mining out stuff like Troll Tablets which exponentially add to the artifacts needed. I'm getting closer to more awesome stuff, I can TASTE it.

6:08 am. Still at Archeology. Gonna take a break soon for coffee. Already had something to eat so I should be good on that end. Amazing what going to bed early will do for your gaming drive.

7:58 am. After coffee and breakfast, I'm re-energized. I've hit 81 after my break of questing and I figure getting to 85 will be a walk in the park. The new gear makes my old stuff look like childrens toys at best, but it's still not that bad at all. The new 272's aren't as tough as my epic 251/264. I won't be outgrowing those till I get some blues. Gone back to Archeology.

3:56 pm. Took a long long nap to make up for my erratic sleeping today. Waiting in queue for getting onto Moon Guard. All my progression is there dagnabit!

The timer on this link is all that I need to state for my excitement. However, I'm just chilling and grumbly that I need to vacuum. Also, I need to watch Slayers again cause I totally missed the ending of Evolution-R while me and my mom made shipao. For those who aren't in the know, shipao is a steamed dough bun, filled with anything ranging between veggies and beef, chicken, pork or veggies.

Oh what the fuck. Communism? There's no communism in fucking WoW. God you RPers stop being idiots! /watches other screen

Yeah, Stormwind RP sucks. I just really hate it so much.

On the upside, there's a movie that my mom is watching about a young man who runs away from home and becomes a paperman who is basically someone who frauds his way through life for one reason or another. After posing as a pilot for ages, he decides to fraud as a government man, inspired by James Bond. I can't remember what movie this is and I'm too lazy to check.

I should really go and vacuum first though. Before it gets too dark. Ai.

Cataclysm happens tonight, the release though. I don't intend on staying up too long, just till the rush ends which will putter out around 2am. So basically I'm just going to be on long enough to hand in my quests on my paladin. That should net me a few hours of work.

My god, people stop debating lore ICly. No one knows Neferion and Onyxia have been taken by Deathwing and turned into super-zombies.

Nomming on cold pizza and coffee this morning while being put to work doing, whatever. I have to mop today which I should do before the afternoon. Last night in RP in WoW was interesting to say the least, between a few riots and a attempted IC mugging. Which I thwarted and it was awesome. I discovered Rein is very quick to violence when roused.

Grandma is watching The Sound of Music again, and I fear she will have it blasting today. But at least the music is good. Though lately Goldshire people are coming into the city and I'm surprised that they're actually leveling up now. It's actually kind of refreshing.

I should work on some alts today. I could get my mage to at least Northrend.
